This policy explains what happens to the details you give us when you fill in the enquiry form on this page, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. It applies to this website only.
Who we are

We decide how the details described below are used, which makes us the data fiduciary for them.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form, only what is needed to call you back:
- Your name — so we know who we are calling.
- Your phone number — so we can reach you.
- Your preferred slot — so we can offer you a suitable time.
We also record the page the enquiry came from and the page that referred you, so we know which of our adverts is working. The form does not ask for, and you should not send us, any details about your symptoms, diagnosis or medical history. We will take those from you in the clinic, not through a web form.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about the enquiry you made, and to arrange an appointment if you want one. We do this on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell them.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to the clinic through Google Workspace, and is stored in a Google Sheet that only clinic staff and our marketing agency can open. Google acts as our processor for that storage. Beyond this we do not share your details with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Our marketing agency, Profitcast, can see enquiry records in order to report on advertising performance. They are bound to use them for nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for [TO CONFIRM: retention period, e.g. 24 months], after which they are deleted. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept separately and for longer, under the rules that apply to medical records.
Advertising and measurement
This page uses Google Ads conversion tracking. When you call, message us on WhatsApp or submit the form, Google is told that an enquiry happened, so we can see which advert produced it. Google may read and write cookies on your device for this. We do not send Google your name, your phone number, or anything you typed into the form.
You can control this in your Google Ads settings or through your browser's cookie controls.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete them, or withdraw the consent you gave. Withdrawing consent will not undo anything we did before you withdrew it. To make any of these requests, contact us below.
